In my role as a Sales and Martech Consultant I have worked with several hundred SMBs on a variety of needs assessments and consultations on software implementation, database integration, platform and point solutions, data hygiene practices, campaign performance, and operational improvements. I developed the MarTech360 Operations Assessment to help companies benchmark current performance, identify gaps, and guide strategic planning for marketing and sales performance improvements.
With two decades of experience as a Sales and Marketing professional working with teams across a diverse range of industries, company size, and sales environments, I bring the executive presence, strategic insights, and operational leadership of a full-time CMO, with the flexibility of a less-than-full-time investment. Typically, a fractional CMO engagement is 20%-50% pro rata for a term of 6-18 months. Equity and other non-cash compensation options are on a case-by-case.
I'm also the founder of Go For Hope International, an education non-profit that provides funding and support for children's libraries in Nicaragua. I guide and facilitate service-learning trips to our project sites for families, groups, and teams.
